Our Terms and Conditions
- “Owner” – Milucia Pty Ltd trading as Aladdins Party Hire ABN (Australian Business Number) – 99 153 506 118
- “Hirer” – the person hiring/renting the equipment from the owner
- “Equipment” – the Items hired out by the owner to the hirer
- “Contract” – the agreement between the owner and the hirer for the supply of equipment at a negotiated price, within a defined period as bound by the terms and conditions.
The Hirer agrees to pay the owner’s hire charge and any other charge, including charges for damage and repairs, loss, and any taxes, levies and duties that may be incurred and paid by the owner. These charges will be paid in full by the hirer to the owner prior to the owner releasing the equipment to the hirer. Subsequent charges arising from loss, damage, repairs and other expenses are to be paid immediately upon receipt of a Tax Invoice. Where payment is by Credit Card, the hirer authorises the Owner to hold card details and to charge to the Hirer’s credit card account: all repair; replacement; and/or service charges as determined by the owner.
Payment Types –
Cash (in store), Credit Card – Bank Card, Master Card, Visa, (in store or telephone), Electronic Funds Transfer (EFTPOS), Direct Debit (account details are printed on bottom of invoice).
Payment Schedule –
The hirer agrees to pay the price as such:
- 10% upon reservation.
- balance on delivery or prior.
- cancellation fee – 25% 1 month or more prior to the function date; 50% within 1 month; 75% if cancelled within the week prior to the function date.
The hirer acknowledges the agreement becomes binding upon issuing an order either verbal or written requesting the owner to provide equipment and/or services to the hirer.
